Two Hour: $300 Half-day: $700

Single Hour Creative Rates

What amenities are provided?

Our venue offers Wifi and internet, heating and air, a full restroom, dressing mirror, roll-up door for loading and unloading large items, flexible design layouts, 80 white folding resin chairs, 8 sixty-inch round tables, 8 six-foot rectangle tables, 2 speakers and a mic, plenty of electrical outlets for vendors, and a welcoming atmosphere for all types of gatherings.

Can I book photography or videography for my event?

Absolutely! Flex Space has a long list of resources and recommended vendors that we can coordinate with for your event and add on as a service with your rental.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking lot access and street parking is available.
